The brand of skeletal alt-pop on display on this new track brings together shimmering piano lines and an arresting electronic-tinged rhythm section, with her tender, affecting vocals skipping around its cleverly syncopated beat. “’Plucky' is a song about courage, and not taking things too seriously.” - she explained.
